Precision, communication and efficiency are of utmost importance in the production of components for SMT assembly. All three criteria were met in the production of two stamped parts for a leading electronic component manufacturer.
The order was for two parts, which were installed in a capacitor by the customer: a stamped/bent part and a pure stamped part. The second part in particular, a highly delicate meander, meets Vogt's high standards.
In a first step, it was stamped before being silver-plated in the electroplating system with strip binding. After electroplating, the stamped part was detached from the strip with minimum distortion and packaged according to customer specifications.
